Rumor has it that December 11 is National Noodle Ring Day. Who says so? A web site called "Bizarre Food Holidays." They do not, however, say what a noodle ring is. I have no idea, despite this picture which I found on the web and insert to the left! But I love holidays. Other possibilities this month:
